Handicapping.
To the Editor of the Standard.
Sir,— Would the handieapper tor the Boxing Day's Baoing Meeting in the Lower Valley kindly get his photo taken end send it ronnd to all the police stations in the district. I am sore, by tbs weights announced, that npon the occasion of declaring them he must have been wandering in bis mind. He may wander again and lose himself whan straying from his home, and the guardians of the Pesos might, when snob a thing bap* pens again, see him conveyed to some esylnm or refuge where he may not harm himself nor be of any danger to others.
