Bye Law No 3, regulating the use and conduct of Abattoirs, and {Slaughterhouses in the Wairarapa West County, providing the Slaughterhouses be licensed under an annual license fee of £l, for the keeping of a Register by the licensee, for the management of cattle intended for slaughter, &c., and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for every contravention of this Bye Law, which shall come into force on Ist January, 1887. n.
