ARRIVAL OF THE ACCUSED AT AUCKLAND. The steamer Waihora, having on board Caffrey, Penn, and the girl Graham, chtr.ed as murderers and nscessory to the Or at Barrier tragedy arrived at Auckland on Wed« nesday morning. The male prisoners were heavily manacled, leg irons being rivetted on.
