Robson’s Panorama of scenes in the Life of General Gordon will be exhibited in tbo Greytown Schoolroom this evening, Mr Robson having obtained permission from the School committee for that purpose. A serious deficiency has been discovered in the accounts of William Stoddart Camp, bell, for a long period the paying teller in the head office of the Bank of Australasia, Melbourne, and previously manager of the Beechworth branch. Owing to information from the manager of one of the suburban branches Campbell’s boons were examined in his absence, and a warrant was issued for his apprehension, on its being found that a considerable deficiency existed.
