Affairs in Bulgaria.
What the outcome will be of tho present state of Bulgaria no one knows, but grave fears are entertained that the peace of Europe will be broken. When we are informed that the opinions of Russian officers and the Russian Ihess are decidedly warlike, and that the Czar has even given orders for the massing of troops on the Roumanian frontier, and at tho Black Sea poit of Odessa, we cannot but wonder what the next move will he. All the intrigue of Russia against Prince Alexander and against the regency siuce the Prince abdicated, go to prove that Russia will not bo satisfied until she wields the sceptre iu Bulgaria. In 1877 Russia took action which s-veed Bulgaria from the Turkish dominions ; she is now trying to link Bulgaria with her own vast empire.
