Affairs in Bulgaria.
RUSSIAN JOURNALS DESPAIR OP PEACE. Lonhon, October 11. The Bulgarian elections have resulted as follows: -Supporters of the Regency, 400. M. Zankoff, who proclaimed the deposition of Prince Alexander, only secured 21 followers. M. Nekhndoil, the Russian Consul at Sofia, in obedience to the commands of General Kaulbars, has given formal notice to the Bulgarian Government that the elections for the Ureat Sobranje are illegal and valueless. He has further protested at the rioting which has taken place, and the treatmeut which his supporters have received at the hands of the adherents of the Regency. The Russian press, in their recent articles on the Bulgarian situation, generally agree that there is no hope of a peaceful solution of tue dilliculty. Si PETEnsnoRG, October 12. The Moscow Viedoniosti publishes an article to-day. in which it urges the occupation of Bulgaria by Russia. It declares that Russia still remains free to act, and has no need to listen to the wishes of other Powers.
