THE GRAND ANNUAL SHOW Uader the Auspices and Directions ol the WAIRABAPA & EAST COAST PASTORAL AND AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY Will be held on lie SOCIETY’S SHOW GROUNDS, CARTERTON. ON WEDNESDAY. NOVEMBER 8,1886. THE “SHOW Will include Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Pigs, Implements, Farm aud Dairy Produce, Vehicles and Industrial Exhibits. The Society will, as in previous years, offer about fifty Gold and Silver Medals, as well as cash prizes in each of the above stated sections of Exhibits, sad in addition hereto a large number of Valuable Special Prizes in cash aud in plate have been promised, bringing the total amount ol all prizes fully op to the average of the last three years. Winners o I medals will have the option of taking in lieu thereof ill cash lor Silver Medals and £2 each for gold medals. A Leaping Match, a Shearing Match and a trial ol Sheep Dogs will take place during the afternoon. All communications in retereuce to the bhow addressed to the Secretary at Carterton, either by letter or telegram, will be promptly attended to.
