OTICE ia hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council will he held on SATURDAY, 9th day of October, at noon, at which ii will be proposed to pass a special order adopting the following BYE LAWS, viz.:— Bye Law No. 2. Regulating that all Vehicles travelling the public Roads within the Wairatapa West County between the hours of sunset and sunrise shall carry at leaat one light affixed to the driver’s side and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for any contravention thereof; said Bye Law to come into force on Ist day of January, 1887. Bye Law No. 3. Regulating the nee and conduct of Abattoirs and Slaughterhouses in the Wairarapa Weat County, providing that Slaughterhouses be licensed under an annual license fee of £1 for he keeping of a Register by the licensee for the management of of cattle intended for slaughter, etc-, etc , and providing a penalty not exceeding £6 for every contravention of this Bye Law which shall come into force on the let day of January, 1887H.
