NOTICE is hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council will be held on SATURDAY, 9th day of October, at noon, at which it will be propoeed to paae a special order adopting the following BYE LAWS, viz.:— Bye Law No. 2- Regulating that all Vehicles travelling the public Roads within the Wairatapa West County between the hours of sun. set and sunrise shall carry at least one light affixed to the driver’s aide and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for any contravention hereof; said Bye Law to corns into force on Ist day of January, 1887Bye Law No. 3. Regulating the use and conduct of Abattoirs aad Slaughterhouses in the Wairarapa West County, providing that Slaughterhouses be licensed under an annual license fee of £1 for the keeping of a Register by the licensee for the management of of cattle intended for slaughter, etc, etc , and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for every contra, vention of this Bye Law which shall come into force on the Ist day of January, 1887H.
