There is little to report in the way of Parliamentary news, The latest position of affairs is indicated in the telegrams of our special correspondent at Wellington. The debate on the Address-in-Reply to His Excel, lency’s speech has to be got through, before any real business can be done in the House. It seems to be a terrible waste of time to have a lot of speeches made on this subject. There was really nothing in His Excellency's Speech, aud we really do not see what hon members can have to say about it, which will bo neither worth reporting or reading.
