Good for Dairy Factories.

A new law enacted by the last Legislature ut New York btate, has come into effect, it provides that "whoever shall, with intent todefraui, sell, supply, or bung to be manufactured to any butter «.r cheese manufactory m tn.s state, any (milk diluted with water or m any way adulterated, unclean.y or impure or milk fiom winch anv cream has been tasen, or m.lk commonly kn..wn as skimmed milk , or who shall keep, oack any part cf the milk as striplings, or who ever shah kn ,wmgly bring or supply to mu butter or cheese manufactory, mi.k drawn from cow* within fifteen days before par luntion, or within three days after parturition . or any butler or cheese tnanufacairer who shall knowingly use, or show any of his or her employes or any other person to •se for his or her benefit, any milk or cream from the milk brought to said butter or cheese manufacturer without the consent of all the owners thereof ; or any butter or cheese manufacturer who shall refuse or neglect to keep or cause to be kept a correct •ccount, open to the inspection of anyone furnishing milk to such manufacturers, of the amount of milk received daily, or of the number of pounds of butter the number of cheese made each day, or os the number cut, or otherwise disposed of, and the weight of each snail for each and every offence forfeit and pay a sum of D ys nor more than £5, with cost of suit, to be sued for in any court of competent jurisdiction for the benefit of ,the person or persons, firm or association, or corporation, or their assignee upon whom ftAJtnA or neglect shall he committed.
