VNNUAL REPORT OF THE GREYTOWN TOWN LAN OS TRUSTEES FOB THE YEAR ENDING 3. si MARCH, 1885, Tour Trustees have the honor to submit the following report with the balance sheet for the year ending 31st March. The receipts for rents for the year amounts to £llO 14a ; for hind and hall rents, £4B 3s fid ; the latter it will be seen is quite equal to the receipts of last year. The addition of the new supper room to the ball has been a great benefit to the lessees of the ball, and to complete the inside comfort and appearance, your Trustees have had the scenery and stage properly fitted and painted. A handsome new piano has been also procured for tbo hall at a cost of £SO, the vendor allowing £25 for the old instrument which had become almost useless. Your Trustees have the pleasure now to inform you that the Hall is the most convenient and comfortable in the district and will not require any large outlay for a considerable time. A grant of £lO has been made to the school committee during the year and a similar grant of £lO to the Recreation Reserve. The rent of the Ball has also been refunded to the Fire Brigade as a donation from the Trust. Messrs Wood and Wyett are the retiring Trustees and at the ensuing election you will be called upon to elect two to fill the vacancies. The retiring Trustees are eligible for re-election.
