The minutes of the preyioni meeting were lead and confirmed. Mr F. n. Wood, as acting Secretary, reported a credit balance in Bank of New Zealand of 2s Id. On the motion of the Chairman, seconded by the Hpt W, T Western, Mr F, H. Wood wm •looted Secretary. On the motion of Mr Bkeet, seconded by Mr O. Wyett, Mr Cuff wm elected .Treasurer to the Board. The Secretary was instraoted to advise the Colonial Secretary of the names o( trustees and officers elected.
