London, April 9. The International Copyright Act was read for the second time in the Ilsuse of Commons last night. The Old Oriental Banking Company (in liquidation) baa paid a farther dividend of 2s 6d per share. M. Tricon pis, formerly Greek Minister for Foreign Affairs, announces that he is averse to the warlike attitude taken up by Greece. Parliament will adjourn for the Easter recess from the 19th April until the 2nd May. It is reported that Mr E. Heneage, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, has resigned. Constantinople, April 9. Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, has yielded to the pressure brought to bear on him, and has accepted the decision of the European Powers on the Eoumelian question. Melboubnb, April 9. Mr Pochard Goldsborough, founder of the firm of R. Goldsborough and Company, (Limited), woolbrokers, died to-day, aged 65.
