Carterton Town Board.

The minutes of the last meeting were rc id • id confirmed. The Treasurer reported a credit balance of £ls. The Clerk informed the Board that Hie s was a number of unpaid rates due. The Clerk was authorised to take proceedings to tecover alt rates unpaid. Considerable discussion arose as to tl $ method of giving notice to ratepayers of thsir arrears, aud G. M.
