FEATHERSTON ROAD BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD. is hereby given that it is the intention of the Featherston Road Board to execute a certain public work, to wil the construction of a road in the Waipawa Survey District, Awhea subdivision of the Featherston' Road District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and for the purposes of such Public Work it is\equired to take, under the provisions of the “ Public Works Act,” 1882, and any Amendments thereof, the Lands described in the Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby further given that a copy of the plan of the said road, and of the lands so required to be taken, is deposited at the office of the Road Board at Featherston, and is there open for inspection, and notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said Public Work, or by the laking of the said lands, shall, if they have any wellgrounded objection to the execution of the said Public Work, or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the 11th day of March, 1886, to the Featherston Road Board at Featherston.
