All entries must he made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that sneh decision shall be final and binding in all cases. (2) It must not have been trained, i.e. galloped or sweated in clothing or rug at least for six months before this race meeting. (3) It mu>t never have been entered for any other I race, tbe advertised stake of which being more than fifty pounds.
