BULKS AND KEfItTLATIONS. To which the attention of persons entering horses is particulalry directed. The first saddling bell will ring at 11.30 a.m., and the first race starts at 12 sharp. Each race will start nnnotoally at the advertised time. ' The races will be run under the Wairarspa Jockey Clnb'a Buies. No Qualification Fees. The Starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, and fines for disobedience will be strictly enforced. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time’of entry, name of the owner, and colors of the "in all nominations for handicaps the previous performances are to be given.
