RULES AND REGULATIONS. ’ To which the attention of persons entering horses is particulalry directed. The first saddling bell will ring at 31.30 a.m., and the first race starts at 12 sharp. Each race will start punctually at the advertised time. The races will be run undei the Wairarapa Jockey Club’s Rules. No Qualification Fees. The Starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses or disobedient jockpya in any position be thinks necessary to secure a fair start, and lines for disobedience will be strictly enforced.
