Terrible Fire at Waipawa.

A disastrous fire occurred at Waipawa, Napier, early en Sunday morning, causing the total destruction of seven dwelling-houses and shops, the Empire Hot“l, Post and Telegraph Office, and the Bank of New Zealand.
