Militia and Volunteer Office, Featherston, August 28, 1885. i /"OFFICERS of the above residing in the ‘ Wairarapa District are requested to forward their names in full, with date of Commission, to this office not later than the 20th proximo, in order that the next army list may contain a correct list of such officers. All officers (including those on the unattached list) of the New Zealand Militia whose names are allowed to be retained in f the Army List, must send in a notification to the Officer Commanding the District for transmission to the Under Secretary Defence of their being alive on the Ist January in each year.
