On WEDNESDAY Evenings, commencing on the 9th, a Train will leave Wellington at 10 30 p.m. for Masterton, slopping at Flag Stations when required. This Train will replace the ordinary 11.15 p ni. Train for Lower Hutt, which on those evenings will not run. On SATURDAY Evenings, commencing on the 12th, the 11.15 p.m. Train will run through to Masterton, stopping where required. BY ORDER. WAIRARAPA WEST COUNTY COUNCIL, TAKE NOTICE that the Wairarapa West County Council intends, on SATURDAY, the 19th day of September, 1885, at noon, to make a Special or Annually Recurring Rate of three-seven-teenths of a penny in the £ upon the properties comprised in the Wainuioru Bridge Special Rating District, being part ot the Gladstone Riding, and that such Special Rate is a Continuing Rate for 10 years, and is payable in one sum on the First day of March of each year, from 188(3 to 1893, both included. The Rate Book is now open for inspection at the Council Chambers, Carterton, and objections, if any, in terms of the Rating Act, 1882, may be lodged at that place until FRIDAY, the 18th September, 1885, Dated this 4lh day of Sept., 1885.
