OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT. TO THE LA.DIES & GENTLEMEN OF GEEYTOWN & DISTRICT. Veiteh & Allan Beg to inform you that they have Opened a Permanent Branch at Greytown as General Drapers & Clothiers. We believe there is wanted in the district someone to supply the public with First Class Drapery at prices that will compete with any in the colony, and which, for choice selection and varied assortment will compare favorably with any of the Wellington houses. We are in a position to do this as we import our own goods, these goods being selected by a competent and judicious buyer in the Home market. The business will be conducted by a practical and experienced Manager, and every person favoring us with a call may depend upon getting the best value for their money and the most careful attention. Ladies’ Dresses & Gents’ Clothing made on the shortest notice and lowest possible prices. Mr Johnston will be glad to call for orders, if requested. We are, Yours to command, YEITCH & ALLAN, Importers of First Class Drapery, Wellington.
VEITGH AND ALLAN Throughout the various seasons of the year, hold Stocks of all the Fashionable and Useful Materials for LADIES’ AND GENTLEMEN’S DRESS, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHING, &c., and by careful selection of their purchases, aim at having only what will prove economic and satisfactory. Having based their business from the commencement upon the principle of CASH PURCHASES, and almost entirely READT-MONEY SALES, they are, more and more firmly convinced, by lengthened experience, of the immense advantages such a system secures both to their customers and themselves; and now respectfully solicit a continuation of the support so liberally accorded them hitherto, and which they gratefully acknowledge.
Veitch & Allan, General Drapers, GKETTOWN. T. JOHNSTON 1 , M anager, Greytown.
