Taratahi-Carterton Road Board.

F'rom c, B. Bremuer, reporting that he had sent in plans, Ac., for applications for £350 under the Roads and Bridges Construction Act for White’s Line. It was resolved that the portion of the Bridle traek, Anderson's Contract, be stopped

all traffic during the winter. Notice boards to be erected.

It was resolved, that the petition from Yailo Railway League be laid on the table. The clerk reported that the application for LboO for White’s Lino had been forwarded to the Government.

Resolved, that Mr P. Carr bo paid the amount of his contract, Hugh’s line in full. Mr Rossiter’s tenders of ( ,)s lOd per chain for Vils’s Road wag accepted. Resolved, that Mr Braithwaito get about a mile of bushfalliug done from native laud to Oliver’s lino.

Resolved, that Mr Gallon expend £2 10s on Daletield Road and £4 on Moffat’s line
