Lousy Sheep.

To thr Editor of the Standard. Sni,—l saw iu a local in Monday’s last issue, that the Sheep Inspector goes sneaking about the sale yards and obstructing business, instead of inspecting every owner’s flock, large or small, or sending every sheep-owner a notice to dip his sheep, within a reasonable time. If the sheep-owners neglect to dip, then the Inspector should exercise the power given him in section C 8 of the Local Act. He can jest satisfied iu the justice of giving every sheep-owner notice as every sheep in the district is lousy. I am, &0., Civil.
