Featherston Town Board.
The usual monthly meeting of tho Fortherston Town Board was held on Monday. Commissioners present Messrs Reynolds (Chairman), Gundy, Hodder and Donald. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The Treasurer’s statement showed a balance of LSI 7s. Several accounts were passed and paid. Tho poundkeeper’s report was read, and fees paid in LI 10s 4d. The ranger reported fees paid in 10». T he dog collector paid in fees LI 6s. Rent received, Ll 10s 9d. Correspondence inward and outward was real. Permission was granted to Mr Brunskill to pave the front of his door with bricks. Footpath and table drains in Revan’s street to be cleared out. Mr Hodder gave notice of motion re compelling vehicles to carry lights after dark. Special meeting of the Board to be held on 10th hist.
