A Generous Offer.
New South Wales has made an offer to the Imperial Government to despatch from that colony to Souakim, within a month, two batteries of artillery, properly horsed, and a battalion of infantry 500 strong, to form part of the expedition to the Soudan. The offer is a generous and loyal one, and will show that the colonies have a hearty sympathy with the Old Country.
