The area to bo bold in the Fitzberbert Blocks comprises from 18,000 to 19,000 acres of Agricultural and Pastoral Lands or First Class Quality, and is conveniently situated for access from the settled portions of the blocks. Each section hab a frontage to a road oon--1 nested with the district roads, which lead to the Railway station at Linton, seven and a hall miles from Palmerston North. The sections will be put up consecutively as to position on the map, without regard to running numbers, so that those purchasers desirous of acquiring several sections, to make a large block can do so.

The Terms o 1 Sale will be as follows 12J per cent, cash deposit on the fall of the hammer. 12 i per cent, ia one month from the date of sale, and the remaining 76 per cent, by acceptances falling due in three, six, and nine months from the date of sale, with interest added at 8 per cent, per annum. The Title will be under the Land Transfer Act, and special arrangements have been made with the Company’s Solicitor by which purchasers can obtain their Transfers at a great reduction npon ordinary charges.
