The ship Pareora from London wan towed into port this afternoon by the steamer Moa, She reports all well. In reference to the bonus offered for 100 tons Portland cement to be manufactured m the Colony, the Minister for Public Works accepted the offers of Messrs Hibberd and Dick, Duuedin, and Mr D. Atkinson of Now Plymouth, for the supply of 100 tons each, for sums of £4 5s 3d and 47s 6d per ton respectively.
