PH ESS AGENCY. • London, November 29th. Lord Salisbury had an interview with Bismark, whon the latter assured him the intentions of Germany were pacific, and the Empire wquld remain neutral in the present crisis.
Ttye Ozar in receiving representatives from Great Powers said he still hoped for peace, but his honor was pledged to obtain automony of Turkish provinces. Salisbury also had an interview with Count Andrassy at Nienna. Salisbury declared that England was not opposed to Russia on principle, but the attitude of England depended upon whether the demands from Russia were to be presented in such form as to give sufficient guarantee of right to Christian sdbjects of Turkish provinces without destroying the sovereignity of the Porte.
