Exhibits of articles made or produced in the district will be received though not specified in the above list. All exhibits must be entered not later than a day before the show, on forma to be supplied for the purpose by the Secretary. Each exhibitor must be a subscriber of not less than los6d to the Association, excepting in class miscellaneous. All exhbits must be delivered on the morning of the show not later than loo’clock. Any arriving later to be retain d for ezhibiton only. The Secretary shall have power to reject any article entered fc r competition which the stagers of exhibits may deem onnsuitablefor reception. All exhibits must be removed by 7.30 p.m. of the day of show. J ndges are enjoined not to make any award where the objects exhibited do not appear worthy of it Judges are entitled to cut or Mate fruit or vegetables, and their decision in all cases shall be final. Judges may award extra prizes where there is decided merit. The question of altering the date of annual meeting from December to July will be considered, a notice of motion having been given to that effect.
