It is the first ox ten pictures which Mr Rogers is to produce for Paramount this year. The story tells of the struggle oi the modern American farmer to combat the ruinous influence of the wheat market. It is pictured through the eyes of two brothers, Doth born on the farm. When his former neighbours are ruined financially, facing the_loss of their farms, his brother becomes their leader, organises a widespread farm-strike, and prohibits the transportation of grain to the cities or the planting of a new crop. The picture- reaches its - climax when the brothers filially combine in a desperate effort-to save the farmers, using tbe strike as a threat to bolster prices.
