ONE IN THE BOSPHORUS. Loch Ness is not the only people to have a monster. News announcing the presence of one in the Black Sea has just ai rived. The other night a fishing-boat capsized in windless weather in the Bosphorus. -Its two occupants, who had a narrow escape, reported that the boat had been violently tossed, and that, when in the water, they had been grazed' by a gigantic body lapidly moving toward the Princes Isles.
Neither of them was able to say anything- about its shape.
