INHERE AS certain persons did on the 21st day of December, 1931' present a petition to the Waipa County Council praying that a certain area* in Block V, Puniui Survey District in!; the Waipa ;Courity; be declared a district for the: construction of drainage works under the provisions' of Section 168 of " The Counties Act, 1920," AND WHEREAS the Waipa feouhty, Council proposes to consider the said Petition on the 25th day of 19.32 and if the prayer of the said* Petition be approved will then make; a Special Order constituting the said' district as aforesaid.
