COCOANUT WHOLEMEAL BISCUITS. 1 cup Bisley's Wholemeal Flour, h cup flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, I teaspoon salt, 11 cups grated cocoanut, h teaspoon essence of lemon, 3 tablespoons milk, b cup sugar, 1-3 cup butter. Cream butter and sugar together, add milk, essence and cocoanut; add sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Mix well, rolling lightly on floured board, cut with round tin; bake on greased tins in moderate oven 15 to 20 minutes.
