FLIGHT STILL DELAYED

MOST UNFAVOURABLE REPORT. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) BLENHEIM, Monday. • The weather report to-night was one of the most unfavourable which has come! to hand sincei the Tasman fliers arrived. The Goveimment meteorologist, Dr E. Kidson, states that a severe depression in the west Tasman is being followed east by another at present located ini the Australian Bight, s|o that there will be no possibility of favourable s , conditions for at least three days, and probably not for a week. A heavy gale raged here to-day, althought apparently not so severe as in other parts of the Dominion. The temporary hangar in which the Shutheyn Cross is' housed wasi again subjected to a tremendous test, but survived the ordeal admirably, though it had been deemed expedient for safety sake' l to remove the tarpaulin roof.
