DISAPPEARANCE IN SEA. By Telegraph. Press Association.) FOXTON, Monday. Ruapaha Kemp, a single man, aged 30 years, a native* of the Wanganui river settlement, was drowned at the Manawatu Heads on Saturdy evening. He was whitebaiting when his bolat drifted from the shore. He stripped his clothes off and swam aftejr it, but disappeared when a short distance from the bank. His body has not yet been recovered.
