TWENTY-ONE CHARGES
FALSE PRETENCES CASE. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Arraigned on 21 charges of obtaining >v money by false pretences in representing himself*'to be an asjent of an insurance company, Algernon •James Body (Mr Dickson) pleaded guilty-to one of these charges in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr Hubble .fcrthe Crown was granted leave to enter a nolle prosequi on the other 20 counts. Mr Justice Blair' renewed bail, and remanded accused for sentence until Saturday morning.
