BONELESS VEAL
ON CO-OPERATIVE BASIS. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) HAMILTON, Wednesday.' , A decision to place the boneless veal trade on a. co-operative .basis, to be handled by the National Dairy Association, Was reached to-day by representatives of all the co-operative dairy companies south of Auckland. It was stated that the expenses.of trading privately were unduly high, and the present opportunity of utilising the machinery of the dairy companies should be accented. The system had worked well in the south. Prominent men in the meat trade in London will be appointed special agents. It was mentioned that prospects were decidedly bright, provided calves were well fed on farms before being killed.
