Som» half dozen baches have already been erected along the shores of Lake Arapuni, and indications are that this stretch of water will become one ot the greatest pleasure resorts in Mew Zealand for anglers and those desirous of a quiet, restful holiday, if the method of housing them is handled in a sensible way. With wise and judicious oversight, without any petty restrictions, much future heart-burning may be saved and many eyesores in the shape of dwellings avoided.—Putaruru Press.
