BURGLAR SENTENCED
HIS PARTNER JUMPS HIS B,AIL. WELLINGTON, Friday. Found guilty of breaking and entering and theft by night, and being found in unlawful possession of a house-breaking implement, also with attempted breaking and entering by night with intent to commit a crime, James Arthur Frost was sentenced at the Supreme Court to two years’ hard labour. Albert Edward Duncan, charged on the same counts, was stated to have disappeared. It was intimated that his bail of £2OO would be .entreated.
