TO BE OPENED ON WEDNESDAY. Ait a meeting of the General Purposes Committee of the Borough Council yeis'terday morning it was decided (•0 open the swimming toalths for public use on Wednesday next, 3rd’ November. The arrangements tor the official opening ceremony has beteln left to the Swimming 'Club to arrange and no doubt this mattlelr will be dealt with at 'the annual meeting of the’'Club on Saturday 'evening. : ! Hr. is the intention of the 1 Council to clean and refill the baths once a weeß so that in lthi s respect no complaint can ibe madia in regard to tt'hie condition of tile water. > * It has been decided to iissue season tickets, which were fixed as follows: Gb'nitlemen 7s 6d; ladies ss. •Mr A. E. Gasson has belen appointed careiaken for the coming season.
