BANKRUPT BUILDER CENSURED
(By Telegraph. Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday.
In refusing an application for discharge, from bankruptcy made by George Henry Alfred Edwards, builder, Judge Adams said Edwards was one of those men who were a menace to the trading community, and indirectly increased the cost of the necessaries -of life.
