WORKS NOW OPEN. The SOUTHDOWN Works have been re-opened and are available for the slaughter of stock for export. Farmers may either ship their stock through the Company on on their own account, or sell “on the hooks’’ to export operators. The Company is prepared to make reasonable advances against stock entrusted to it for disposal. The HOROTIU Works will re-open when sufficient stock offers. MANURES.
