THE YEAR’S TOTAL, £2,321,937. (By Telegraph. Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. . The annual value of pensions paid by the Government last year'was a sum of £2,321,937. The war accounted for £1,107,548, besides some £63,000 paid in London. Old age pensions totalled £849,194, -and widows’ pensions £280,566. -
