County Loan. W A "’\ QOUNTY QOUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to raise a special loan under the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913. Tihe purpose for which the loan is required is for forming and metalling for the first time roads in the Kakepuku Riding of the Waipa County. The sum proposed to be borrowed is nine thousand five thundred pounds. The proposed security is a special rate if five-eighths of a penny in the £ on the ratable value of all ratable property in (he Kakepuku Riding. The loan is to be for a period of 36?; years, with interest at 41 per cent, repayable by half-yearly instalments j underthe provisions of Part lIT. of the ; Local Bodies’ Loans Act. 1913. j It is proposed to pay out of the j loan the cost, of raising the loan and j the interest and sinking fund for the I first year.
