NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between William Henry Holmes and Robert Wilson Gibson, trading together at Te Awamutu as motor garage proprietors and general engineers, under the name or style of Holmes and Gibson, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the fourth day of May, 1923. The business will in future be carried on by the said Robert Wilson Gibson, who will pay and discharge all the debts and liabilities of the late firm, •and to whom all debts owing to the late firm must be paid.
