NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 50 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, that all creditors and others having claims against the estate of Martha Thomson, late of Te Kawa, married woman, who died on 29th October, 1922. and whose estate is under administration by the Public Trustee, are hereby required to lodge, in duplicate, such claims, supported by full particulars and certified as due and owing by the said estate at the date of the death of deceased, with the Public Trustee's local office at Hamilton, on or before the 27th day of June, 1923. NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between William Henry Holmes and Robert Wilson Gibson, trading together at Te Awamutu as motor garage proprietors and general engineers, under the name or style of Holmes and Gibson, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the fourth day of May, 1923. The business will in future be carried on by the said Robert Wilson Gibson, who will pay and discharge all thedebts and liabilities of the late firm, and to wihom all debts owing to the late firm must be paid.
