NOTICE i.s hereby given, in accordance with Sections 48 to 55 of the Rating Act. 1908, and its amendments, and Sections 31 to 33 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and its amendments, that it is the intention of the Lower Mangapiko Drainage Board, at its next meeting to be held on SATURDAY, 16th June, 1923. to make and levy a general rate of five-twelfths of a penny in the Z on the rateable unimproved value of lands classed A, one-sixth of a penny in the £ on the rateable unimproved value of lands classed B, and one-thirtieth of a penny in the £ on the ratable unimproved value of lands classed C, for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1923, and ending the 31st day of March, 1924; such rate to be due and payable in one sum at the office of the clerk, Te Awamutu, on and after the 31st day of July. 1923. The valuation roll is now open for inspection at my office during office hours.
