The Sporting and Dramatic Review this week contains illustrations of a high order and great variety. Strong interest attaches to the Taihape sports meeting, and this gathering is given a good showing in many interesting views. Racing, motoring, swimming, and pigeon flying in various parts of New Zealand are fully dealt with, and the recent agricultural show at Cambridge occupies a prominent position. The £IOO free racing skill competition on the Thompson Handicap again appears, and the paper is on sale at all booksellers’ and newsagents’.
